REFUND POLICY
Nine Brand is a small-batch, limited-run apparel brand. Every piece is produced intentionally and in limited quantities. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Pre-Order Items
All pre-order sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued on pre-order purchases. By completing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. If you have questions about a pre-order item before purchasing, contact us at connect@theixbrand.co before placing your order.
In-Stock Items
We accept returns on in-stock items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
To initiate a return, email connect@theixbrand.co with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@theixbrand.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, return your item per the policy above and place a new order.
